It will be a great couple of hours of learning about powerful health benefits of food and how to pack it in by creating yummy condiments that everybody will love. The workshop ends with creating your own delicious lunch plate. Does this sound good to you?

Hello, and welcome. I have decided to write this blog to share my passion for health, food and creativity. I have an MSc (Hons) in Food Science and Human Nutrition which I earned at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in Poland, I have trained in multiple holistic disciplines while living in Ireland for the past 12 years and I am also involved in music and the arts. My knowledge about health was acquired not only through academia but also because of a deep interest from a young age, years of treating people and personal health issues which lead me to unveiling natural ways of healing the body on the physical and subtle level. I promote a plant based lifestyle because of personal preferences rather than a dogma. I do not believe that there is a right or wrong way of doing things.
