My name is Stephen
My name is Stephen, I have had a very bad chest for years and was on Steroids for it for at least 10 years which also developed diabetes from them, Somebody told me I should visit Daria Shiels, so I went along and Daria advised me what to do, after a month doing what Daria advised I was able to come off Steroids. I was also due back to see my consultant, after having x-rays, scans and breathing test prior to my visit, my consultant said he had to look twice at my results as he had to make sure he had the results for me and not somebody else, I haven’t looked back since. In 2014 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, my PSA level was close to 10, I attended Daria straight away, she started treating me. I was scheduled for 8 weeks radio therapy treatment 5 days per week, My Oncologist told me it would take my bloods 6 months to 1 year to return to normal. When I finished my treatment my bloods plummeted and now I am clear of cancer, Thanks to Daria.

under active thyroid glands
I attended Daria mainly with stomach problems and under active thyroid glands, after eating my stomach would be swollen and uncomfortable. Daria recommended a food intolerance test. respiratory condition
I met Daria Shiels in April 2015 when I engaged her support in the treatment of my respiratory condition. Daria, at all times, has been very professional in her approach and in my opinion has a very indepth knowledge of the human body and knows how to approach and treat her patients in a focussed and personalised way. In addition her knowledge of the nutritional needs of individuals to enable them heal and her creative methods of cooking are inspirational as shown in her cookery demonstrations. I also attended her Pilates classes which were small and each person received individual attention. Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma
During 2014 I was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma. I was a fit active 29 year old. I immediately wanted to give myself every chance of getting through treatment so I focused on the only things that were in my control, mainly diet & rest. A friend of mine highly recommended Daria to me & I too can’t speak highly enough of her. Daria put together a dietary plan to help my body recuperate between my aggressive chemotherapy cycles. I have no doubt in my mind that Daria’s guidance has massively helped my recovery during and after treatment. She provides a personal service with holistic healing being a key element.
